WARRANTY POLICY

Cannadri warrants that the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the time of purchase to delivery.

FIRST YEAR WARRANTY

Cannadri warrants that for one (1) year, the CAN-100, CAN-250, CAN-500, and CAN-700  dehumidifier(s) will  operate free from any defects in materials and workmanship. If any defects arise, Cannadri will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part(s) free of charge.

SECOND THROUGH FIFTH YEAR WARRANTY

Cannadri further warrants that for a period of five (5) years, the condenser, evaporator, and compressor of the  CAN-250, CAN-500, and CAN-700  will operate free from any defects in  material or workmanship. If any defects occur, Cannadri will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part(s), provided that all labor and transportation charges for the part(s) shall be borne by the end-user.

END-USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Warranty service must be performed by a Cannadri approved Contractor. Please note that Cannadri does not  cover the fees associated with diagnosing the issue with the unit. Additionally, should the approved technician be out of the client’s service range or require travel expenses to be invoiced, such costs shall be borne by the customer and not Cannadri.

  • The unit must be maintained in an acceptable manner. This includes replacing the filter at regular intervals, cleaning coils if debris is restricting the evaporator or reheat (condenser coil).
  • All installation clearances must be followed per this installation manual.
  • The Customer/End User must follow all processes for warranty as per the agreement. This includes contacting  Cannadri first to receive a  warranty ticket.
  • Proof of sale and identification of the serial number must be provided when the warranty ticket is applied for.

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with our hardware or performance, our customer service team will make every possible attempt to help you resolve the issue.

Claims Process: All warranty and technical claims queries are to be submitted through the Cannadri website portal (cannadri.ca/claims/), initiating the opening of a formal claims ticket for efficient processing. Cannadri guarantees a swift response, ensuring that both resellers and clients receive a reply within one business day of initial outreach.

Should you wish to sell your Cannadri unit after initial purchase, installation, and
use, the warranty is non-transferable and void.
